This is just a suggestion but have you thought about the possibility of creating a forum where members can go to handle their differences?

I know on the other message board the constant bantering and fighting can turn some people off as it clogs up the boards, but some others really enjoyed it. If there was a place where you could go to have these battles it could be fun and not take away from the other forums.

For example Just Fishing and Mike Furches could go there and anyone interested could join in.

All it creates is a pool of filth, exactly what TWT wants to avoid. The thread the discussion/argument occurs in is where it should stay.

Any more in depth than a polite public discussion can occur "behind closed doors" via PM/Wall messaging..

Thanks for the suggestion, but as Schlottke said I think we'll stick how we are for now.

Should quarreling between two posters span multiple threads, myself, Schlottke, and/or one of our other mods can step in and lay the smackdown.

Great idea! We could get Jerry Springer to moderate that forum, and maybe arrange for cage fights to be shown (if Anthony Marston shows up, I'll volunteer for the first one).

Since I seem to be involved in some of this, maybe we could set up a tag team wrestling tournament for people who disagree. They set their teams, then go at it.

I am looking for suggestions for my team against Just Fishing and folks can make recomendations for his team.

Any suggestions on the tag team events, of course I would prefer MMA Rules as opposed to strict wrestling rules. I really believe this could be a serious solution to the problems.

Disclaimer: Now for some while I would love to see this at times, I am of course just kidding although it would be fun to throw the teams together. 5 people, varioius weights and from ther we go on. I would like my light weight guy to be Sgallan, how about it Scott?
