Forum Jump Menu Now in Text navigation menu

Over at that other place, they have a jump to forum list to use to navigate around the forums.

Do we have something like that? I thought we did, but it was at the bottom of the page. Can we maybe get one near the top?

Its down in the lower right corner.. unfortunately, at the moment I don't really see a place where it could go higher without looking awkward.

I like the idea though, Ill keep thinking of ways to bring it up higher.

The email address will *eventually* get done (either manually or with the new system).. just busy Ill hopefully get a system set up to accept members this summer some time.
