the outages have nothing to do with load or capacity issues.
there is a security vulnerability that we have yet to locate, and until we can find it, this may continue to happen.

Re: Site down I had the problem where I couldn't log into the site until JensenS did something, and it had to do w/ my password not being changed, but I couldn't log in to change it.
2 other people texted me that they couldn't log in, they dumped cookies/tried new browsers, no dice. I don't know what to tell them.
