Rules requirement

Maybe this is how it works already, but while I have no problem agreeing to the rules before logging in, I think it would be a good idea to let people just view the forum without agreeing to anything. Then, if they want to participate, they'd have to agree to the rules before logging in. This would encourage new members to take a look without making a commitment or getting scared off. If it already works this way . . . . . . . nevermind!

Edit: . . . especially if DIGGS will be encouraging people to take a look.

Nobody will be shown the rules anymore, even if they sign in... I read my own wording wrong when I selected to require them for new members... one button checked wrong caused all of this commotion :)

Wow, someone quit over having to read the rules. This is a travesty!
