    I wonder if his use of this strategy affects recruiting one way or another...

    I personally love the idea of moving up and down the line-ups and creating mismatches but I can't guarantee every wrestler with individual aspirations would think the same way.

    Gofer, I think it helps in recruiting, in that it identifies the kind of wrestler that Brian wants on his team. If you don't want to do whatever you can to help the team win, then he doesn't want you.

    that makes perfect sense to me...

    it was great watching askren last year go up and wrestle kish at 184 and for a guy like askren, he loves that type of a challenge...

    Now if they only used Fan Bout Selection for wrestling order....that would have things a bit more interesting.

    see, I don't agree with the fan bout selection order...I am not convinced that makes things anymore exciting...I hate to start messing with something as core as that...now, reverse order, I could live with.
