Thread: Crowning a Champion

    Default Crowning a Champion

Since we basically stopped playing this year there there cant be any kind of qualifications or anything like we usually do

The tournament already started so posting a specific lineup now doesn't make much sense. I think we just let people post their starting 11 after the tournament and whoever got the most points wins

A half-assed ending to a half-assed season, why not right?

    125: Nashon Garret 2nd -- 18
    133: Mark Grey R12 -- 2.5
    141: Logan Stieber 1st -- 26.5
    149: Josh Kindig 2nd -- 16
    157: James Green 3rd -- 21
    165: Mike Moreno 5th -- 12
    174: Logan Storley 3rd -- 13.5
    184: Gabe Dean 3rd -- 16.5
    197: J'den Cox 1st -- 21
    HVY: Mike McMullan 3rd -- 15.5
    Flex: Kevin Steinhaus 5th -- 11.5

174 points -- 9 AAs and a R12 with two champions, a pretty strong showing I think. 2 AAs riding the bench as well as the Dardanes bros

Zapp ended up with three champs and made me sweat a bit but I think I have him solidly beat still

    125: Cory Clark 5th -- 11.5
    133: Tony Ramos 1st -- 20
    141: Zain Retherford 5th -- 12
    149: Eric Grajales 3rd -- 16
    157: Alex Dieringer 1st -- 24.5
    165: Nick Sulzer 4th -- 13.5
    174: Mike Evans 6th -- 9
    184: Max Thomusseit R12 -- 2
    197: Christian Boley R12 -- 3.5
    285: Nick Gwiazdowski 1st -- 20
    Flex: Ian Miller 4th -- 12.5

    For a total of 144.5

Looking at the rosters no one else had more than 7 AAs or 2 champs, so I think thats your #1 and #2 for the year, but feel free to post your lineup and scores if you want

Congratulations on a half-assed season everyone. Hopefully the forums stop breaking and Jensens comes back next year and we can give it a proper go again

i was out part of the season yet Falcon teamed up with me over on TOM and we scored 176.5 with 10 AA's and 3 champs . We won the regular season and finals yet I don't know if we outscored VAIS' team as he did not make the finals although he had a GREAT team. IF things work out I'd like to return next year.

You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.

It would be great to have you back Russ

I think the juries out on whether we'll continue on TOM or not, it probably depends largely on whether Jensens will come back for next season

Ha, I think you're team would have beaten mine, but it was easily the best team I've ever assembled in any fantasy league I've ever been in. And this was the first time I missed the playoffs ironically. I never missed turning in a lineup. Just bad schedules I guess. Plus scoring every match had an impact. Your team was nasty Russ.
