    Default High school weights in season

    Ok, I'm putting you in a box here with specific parameters for weight training.

    Let's say we are limited to 30 minutes, 2 times a week.

    We get to do 4 lifts.

    What are they?

    Squat, Deadlift, Hang Clean, Bench?

    Just looking for some opinions.
    To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.

    what is the purpose of the lift? strength, size, endurance, etc...?
