    Did Lopez beat out Walker, or is Walker hurt? I hadn't really thought of comparing Ill's 174-Hwt this year compared to last, but I have to agree with your premise. Blanton is clearly the best of the group, but has had mixed results, and certainly is a dangerous opponent.

    I believe Walker broke his leg and is out for the year.

    Despite the fact that he placed so high last year as a wrestler I felt like Blanton peaked two years ago (or whenever he was a sophomore). I'm most interested to see the young guys that Illinois has pulled in the last few years (especially Zane Richards) come off RS next year.

    I like how aggressive he is when riding legs.

    This is the first I've seen of him and I'm impressed. Unconventional, but in an Askren kind of way.
