While let me reiterate that I'm very excited about David Thorn this year (lest Jammen get upset) Horan was the guy that I was really hoping the Gophers were able to snag out of that high school class two years ago.

Have been a fan of his for a while.

Well, Shane--you took the wind out of my sails with your pick of Megaludis. I was already gearing up for a #5 or 6 ranking, saying that he had a golden NCAA's but that he wasn't really that good. I would have bet on your putting Delgado ahead of him. Frankly I don't know who would win that bout--both look awfully tough. What I like most about Megaludis is his toughness and his confidence level that he can beat anyone. I don't see him beating McD this year, but I like his chances against anyone else. That said, matches against Waters and Delgado would be anyone's guess. I think Waters' tough mat wrestling could be a challenge for Megaludis. I think you could have put #2-4 in any order. But McD is clearly the head of the class if his weight is no more of a problem than last year.

Zanetta is a very dangerous wrestler. He doesn't seem consistent enough to be a high AA, but his style gives people trouble. In addition to taking out Waters twice at the NCAA's he beat L Stieber early in th e latter's true FR year, before he got hurt. I wouldn't mind seeing Zanetta draw Waters in Rd 1 this coming year!!

I am curious to know who is taller between David Thorn and Matt McD.
I always thought Thorn looked tall and lanky for 133lb.
    Could someone enlighten me.
I feel Thorn would be a huge 125lb but was surprised when Eggum said Thorn was actually a smaller 133lber

Also, CMU has a stud coming in at 125/133 from PA. A 2x champion and 4x place winner .

    Cory Keener .

With Silver coming off RS and Mango having spent time last year at 133 and being just ginormous in general, that's my guess right now.
