What core exercises without equipment do you recommend to do? (except of the crunches, leg raises, back extension)
What core exercises do you do at the wrestling practices?

Check out this website. I bought the book and it has EVERYTHING you need to get in shape for wrestling without weights. A big section on core too. I use it for judo and it really works. Not saying you have to buy the book, but maybe the site will show you what you are looking for. The dude used to be either the strength coach or conditioning coach or both for Iowa.

I have that book too. I've seen it for download on the internet too. Mediafire or something like that probably has it.
