    Default i want to drop 2 weight classes and i need help

    So wresltin season has just started and I weigh .150lbs
    I know for a fact that I don't wanna wrestle at that weight class but instead
    140. I was wondering if there were tips to how to drop the weight and keep it off for the rest of the
    Season.
    Please help.

    It really depends on what your skin fold is and how out of shape you are... 10 pounds isn't too bad if you're out of shape a bit. You need to get practicing for 2-3 weeks and see where your body settles in.

    Eating healthy, extra work outs, increase water intake and decrease soda... thats some basic info...

    My first certification is Tuesday and I was wondering if I could eat bolgne
    Sandwiches for the rest of the weekend. I'm only 2 pounds over?

    Correction, I'm wrestling 145 this meet so I'm only 2lbs over that.

    first piece of advice.. loose all cured meats.. especially bolonga..
