    hey guys, its almost time for the new season. i was wondering if anybody had a good workout routine for the preseason to get in more of a wrestling fitness. im already doing some mile runs and lifting and pushups, situps etc. Anything in particular i should work on?? thanks in advance for any help you can give.

    i do fast explosive training in the 10- 15 rep range which gives me the endurance and speed for wrestling. off- season i do strength training.

    stevie, i got off the pc and went to town, i was still logged in. i dint see any of the ims til i got back. chill out bro
