    In an attempt to perhaps spur some more discussion in this forum I've decided to start this thread and sticky it.

    Post PR's as you hit them in this thread, be they from 10 pounds to 1,000 pounds.

    425 Deadlift PR today...

    Went up pretty easy, keeps me right on track to pull 455 before I start coaching again in November.

    long cycle clean and jerk
    10 minutes left/right each arm (no rest) w/ 20kg bell. total of 20 minutes with no rest 7 rep average per minute. 140ish reps. the time was a PR
