Well... feel like shit today. The day before I was struck with food poisioning, up till 3 a.m throwing up and on all fours. I woke up and my stomach was empty and I was extremely light headed. The pain went away for the most part after lunch, though the dizziness still remains, albiet light. Decided to workout anyways. Did Workout A instead of workout B because my brother started working out w/me, and I'm feelin bad so this is more of a recovery week.
3x5 175lb Squat (tad too light)
3x5 140lb Bench Press (spotter assisstance for last 2 reps of last 2 sets)
1x5 225lb Deadlift (couldn't finish last rep, couldn't fully lock out 4th rep)
So here's the thing. Because I was recovering from sickness I wasn't sure what weight I should use. The Squats ended up a tad too light, the Bench Press was surprisingly difficult, I had to be helped the last 2 reps on the last 2 sets, and I could only manage 4 unbroken deadlifts, one rep of which my legs didn't lock out. Hoping to recover by Wendsday so I can get started again. Just another obstacle.
