    jump rope 5 mins
    punching bag 3x5 min rounds 30 second breaks
    jump rope 5 mins
    5x1 mins rounds Controlling in Guard from bottom while someone trys to pass guard and hit you in the face and ribs
    1x Deadlift 265 lbs my max!

    Light Jog dont know the distance pretty far though did some push ups and sit ups Warming up for monday

    Deadlift 225 1x5
    2x8 dips

    Speed bike 20 secs on each level theres 3 levels
    Battling ropes 1 min
    45 lb plate 1 min around the world 30 secs each side
    Punching bag slams 1 min 80 lbs
