    punching bag dead lifts throws front squats 80 lbs punches kicks knees elbows
    Ran a mile in 6:21
    Push ups 30x4
    A bunch of abs dont remember mostly deline bench and regular situps
    cable rope forearm thing 5lbs 12 sets

    front squat overhead press challenge at half your body weight for me 70 lbs got to 1/2 of 6 first try then i wrapped my wrists and got 5 and the front squats but only 2 overhead presses

    because theres no breaks and you cant put the weight down its really hard you should try

    15 Sprints back and forth at Basketball courts 10 burpees after each set
    Jump rope 3 sets of 75
    Forearm Blaster At 7.5 lbs 10 sets
    1 mile run 6:48
    100 burpees

    Man im nervous i wrote up some intense workout to do its kinda scary lets see how fast it takes for me to feel like im going to die

    ill put it up later today once i get it done

    All Lifts are done without droping the bar no breaks between circuits and 30second break between each of the 4 sets

    plan on working my Cradles grambys 3/4 half Halfs double legs Sprawls Single legs and Clinch for offseason practice i want to make Masters at least next year hopefully it will work out
