Any word on the tiebreaking bout between Gingrich and Lawson? I did see Gingrich competed in the Binghamton Open along with the other non starters and redshirts, so that could be indicative of something.

I've heard that both Gingrich & Lawson will wrestle one dual this weekend, but don't know which one for which dual. It may be that how they do in that could determine the starter if the results are fairly conclusive. I'm thinking that no final decision has been made between the two. Just guessing, but it could wait until after the Scuffle to make a final decision--but haven't heard anyone say that.

    In today's local paper:

Penn State wrestling: Gingrich, Lawson to share time at heavyweight | Wrestling | CentreDaily.com

Yes, looks like both will have the chance. Also looks like JG not wrestling this weekend didn't have much to do with wrestling.

Likely Lineups for tonight - with my picks
Since I don't know a bunch of the Lehigh guys, I'm posting their results with Binghamton

125 – Patrick Hunter (BU) dec. Alex Abreu (LU) 6-2 Megaludis by major at least

133 – Laike Gardner (LU) dec. Dan Riggi (BU) 7-6 Conaway loses decision

141 – Anthony Salupo (LU) dec. Joe Bonaldi (BU) 9-6 Pearsall by decision

149 – Donnie Vinson (BU) dec. Shane Welsh (LU) 7-5 Alton major (I think he picks up an early 5 pointer and might pin, but I'll pick the major here because of that move) Welsh is ranked #18 by Intermat

157 – Joey Napoli (LU) major dec. Joe Chamish (BU) 17-8 Dylan Alton by decision (Napoli ranked # 13)

165 – Eric Hess (LU) pinned Vince Grella (BU) 2:18 Taylor TF

174 – Caleb Wallace (BU) pinned Nathaniel Brown (LU) 4:39 Our Brown Pins their Brown

184 – Robert Hamlin (LU) major dec. Cody Reed (BU) 11-2 Ruth decision (maybe higher scoring, I like Hamlin) Hamlin ranked #3

197 – Nate Schiedel (BU) major dec. John Bolich (LU) 19-6 Q by fall

285 – Jack Delia (LU) dec. Tyler Deuel (BU) 8-4 Lawson dec. I'll take the multiple NJ state championships over the multiple NJ state second place winner

37-3. The only weights I see in question at 133 (obviously) and HWT . Out of the air, I am saying Lehigh wins one. Could be either one, could be none.

BBL--You don't think Lehigh has a shot at 141? Salupo is pretty good! He beat Bonaldi from Binghampton who won the Binghampton Open last weekend, beating both Nevinger (AA last year) and Stanzione from Cornell.

I agree with Tom. 141 is at least a tossup. 133 and 285 should be close as well. 149 could come into play if Alton is rusty, or doesn't go. English is definitely capable of winning that match though.
