    Yea, when I started running that long my heels would be me but I bought these Adidas Supernova running shoes which are amazing and I can't even feel the pain now. Also, all that running has been taking a toll on my knees.

    I busted my old running Nikes with the mileage I've done in the last year. My favourite sprint routine is:
    100m sprint, 20 pushups, 100m sprint, 20 V-ups 5x (or more, if that's in the begining of the workout)

    This week I'm gonna try uphill sprints and dumbell carrying.

    3 sets of 15 20kg k-bell incline presses/ 10 clap plyo push-ups
    3 sets of 15 20kg k-bell decline presses/ 15 medicine ball plyo push-ups
    3 sets pec-dec pyramids

    3 sets 15 rope pull-ups/ 24kg k-bell one armed rows
    3 sets 15 pull downs/ 24kg k-bell pullovers
    3 sets 25 yd bear crawls w/ 20kg k-bell

    Are those "hot" rooms just like saunas? If they are then I wouldn't laugh.

    1 minute Russian twists
    3 minute stability ball ab routine
    Tonight BJJ/Boxing class
