    Run 2.5 miles (7:30 pace or so)

    No weights today, just a nice easy run.

    4x6 Manmakers/Knees to elbows @25
    3x10 Chest supported T-bar rows @90
    4 sets Pec 'n Pulls (8 pec dec cable reps, 3 pull ups) @45
    2x15 Preacher curls @50
    4x12 Dips

    Really good day today.

    2x5 Power Cleans @165 (Wasn't really feeling these today)
    4x8 (Each Arm) 1 Arm DB Snatches @40 (These on the other hand went very well)
    3x10 Incline Bench @135
    5x5 Pull ups

    Run .5 miles through the rain back to my house.

    3x6, 1x4 (This almost looks like it says I did quarter squats. I didn't. Thats one set of 4 reps) Squats @275, 300
    5x5 Overhead Press @155
    3x10 Lat Pulls @135
    3x10 Seated Row @150
    2x15 DB Shrugs @75
    4x7 Pull ups

    Nice! No offense, but I would leave out the lat machine and DB shrugs. I stay away from bodybuilding exercises.

    They're just two ancillary exercises, its not like my workout is built around them.

    Basically some weeks I do them, some I don't. The three that are always constant on Mondays anyway are Squats, OHP's, and Pull ups.

    4x10 Bench @185 (Decided to go lower weight higher volume today)
    4x6 Front Squat @205 (Went awesome like usual, I may be upping this weight soon)
    3x10 Straight leg Deads @165
    4x12 Dips
    4x10 Hanging V-Ups
