    Default Ben Askren to ASU?

There is a thread on the "other" site to this affect.

My understanding was that he was using Jarrod King as a precedent

Wouldn't surprise me and seems like a smart move for him IMO. If he is going to start competing again in free, mine as well stick with Charles, seemed to really help him 2007 into 2008. If he's sticking with MMA, he'll have some great camps to train with too in AZ.

Confirmed. Ben and Raymond are going to ASU to 1. train with Sunkist first and foremost and 2. then work with ASU in some role.

Got a call about this on Friday, but with Fargo, been too busy to do anything on it.

Isn't Boone, NC a long way from the Sunkist training center?

Fantastic news, good to see Ben back in wrestling. Is Jordan going 84 kilos?

Very interesting...glad to see Askren seemingly back at it.

While I am definitely glad to see him back wrestling I'll still be interested to see what if anything he does in reference to MMA.

If he wants to stay in MMA, he would have great training partners at Arizona Combat Sports in Tempe -- Jamie Varner, CB Dollaway, Aaron Simpson, Ryan Bader, Matt Riddle, Jesse Forbes etc.
