I'm a charter member, too, and still appreciate being given a friendly alternative to theMat.com back then. My check's in the mail.
We're in your corner, Snackem. I know you can tough it out. Best wishes.
Hello, everybody. When I googled TWT to try to log on awhile back, I found a thread on a very similar wrestling talk website and went there. On it, someone mentioned getting an error message upon...
During the final hearing today, FILA was asked if they are doing anything to include women in greco. I think that this is an indication that gender equality is an important issue to the IOC and the...
SIGH OF RELIEF! Thanks to all who made this possible.
The IOC will only allow us so many events (weight classes). If women are to be included, the men's weight classes must suffer. Sad, but a fact of life.
Igali is a fabulous ambassador for our sport.

Never thought I'd hear a guy say those words.

As I said above, ". . . unless there is more to the story than what's in the first post . . ." Apparently, there is, however I'm not sure that it changes my opinion. Though as I also said above,...
. . . which he didn't know until after the fact. I don't want to belabor this too much, but unless there is more to the story than what's in the first post, your nephew's reaction seems...
Does he teach teens to shoot first and ask questions later? Does his safety course include "shots to scare?"
Did he bother to ask who's there? Was he absolutely sure that the front door wasn't accidentally left unlocked and someone like a friend, neighbor, or confused drunk didn't let themselves in? Is he...
I wish him the best as always and look forward to having him back on this website soon.
A top heavy team won't necessarily beat a well balanced "dual meet" team under the currrent format. There are plenty of points to be earned in the wrestlebacks. I know I'm going back a ways, but the...
