this NU team plus jake in the lineup would challenge any team in country. not as many holes as last year but we are missing the wrestler that might be considered the best.

after taking a look at our line up, i think he would wrestle half of the dual meets at 141 and the other half at 149. he'll probably wrestle at 141 when we go against teams with a 149 pounder thats...

it appears that Lang will wrestle at 149 this season, atleast in most of the dual meets. How do you guys think he will fair at 149? i am a casual wrestling fan and i have never paid much attention...

Northwestern probably wont put out a strong lineup but i still think NU wins big.

admissions is not as much problem in nonrevenue sports. top athletes in nonrevenue sports usually have the work ethic to excel in the classroom, not to mention the fact that they value their degree...

you are correct...i guess 141, 149, 157 would be our achilles heel. a couple of those young guys should end up being all americans but they huge shoes to fill.

Rutgers has no excuse for their inability to feature a competitive team with all the great high school wrestlers coming out of NJ and PA.

Nick Hayes blew it, with a weakened lineup i am sure the coaches were counting on him. I am not sure why he is rated to highly, but he has severly underperformed throughout his time at NU.
