    Just keep drilling them. Also, ask your coach if he can stay behind practice and help you. Tell him you want to get up to a good level as fast as possible and you feel you're slacking. More often...

    Thank you. I will try and incorporate some those things, along with tire flips into my routines. I would do CrossFit, but my gym doesn't have a lot of the things for it.
