My Mood: | Re: Calif. strikes down ban on same-sex marriage Also, after reading just the first couple of cases, looks like responsible judging, and not judicial activism as is often the case in some of these types of cases. The judges appear to be making their ruling basedo nthe rules of their state, which is proper, even if they don't agree with the acts in front of them. This is definitely going to have to go to the Supreme Court, methinks.
