Actually, the exception IS the rule in regard to this. That's why I asked for you to provide data.

I've been involved with this issue for a long time and what I've found is that, for most people, what they believe to be true about the welfare system is usually the exact opposite. Most don't even know about the law changes that made a lot of our myths obsolete in 1997.

So, if someone is a "far left nutjob" when they are correct, what does that make the person who accuses them of that while being incorrect? It's humorous to consider.

That and calling me a racist for posting some Irish jokes on St. Paddy's Day. There are certainly others, but that would belabor the point.

He called Republicans 'evil racists' in a thread last month. I wonder if he remembers what minority political party was needed & critically important to pass significant civil rights legislation back in the 60s?

False. If you recall, Jensen said that and I didn't dispute it. However, and technically, I did not say that.

What did the republicans have to do with civil rights legislation? For that matter, what have they been doing since? I'll tell you this: the democrats who opposed it then are today's republicans. That we know; they all defected into our modern fascist republican party.
