In case you don't know, there's a small town in Southern Colorado where most of these operations occur. According to stories published in the Denver papers, the doctors require a transgendered person to live as the opposite sex for a full year before they will consider performing any operation.

Yes, I am well aware of the history of Trinidad and the requirements required of the candidates.

What I am suggesting to you is that we are fast becoming overwhelmed my excessive legislation. The laws concerning discrimination are on the books; they only need be enforced as they are.
