idk, communism gets alot of bad rep from china, north korea, and former ussr, but there is a lot of good and bad to take out of it. the equality and distrubution of wealth is a pro, but even the spread of the wealth can cause havoc, especially when it comes to highly specialized professions. another bad thing is the intimidating and crushing force of a communist party. even though russia has been republic for over 15 years, the society is still suspicious and reserved. the communist spin to press is also an annoyance, when they more than often preach what the party wants the society to hear

Whereas 20th century communists forced people to live a certain way, in 21th century the market forces are limiting what prosperous people can afford as more and more developing countries improve their standards of living.

In the end everyone will have to live equally modestly due to lack of resources.

What he meant is "We will outlast you". It wasn't a literal saying kind of like "Break a leg" saying is not to be taken literally.

In any case Khruschev was a nut and eventually he was impeached.
