Defeated and she still doesn't back down. Got Wikipedia, where they once had the meaning of ego defined, that now post her photo.

Does it seem a bit arrogant, at this stage of the campaign, for Sen. Clinton to tell Sen Obama that she is willing to be his VP - without his asking?

Does it seem a bit arrogant, at this stage of the campaign, for Sen. Clinton's campaign chairman Terry McAuliffe to introduce her as the “next president of the United States.”

You don't suppose Mr. McAufliffe has assurances that he will be the new official food tester for Mr. Obama, do you?

I do think that's arrogant, but don't they all do that? I think its more of a thing to get the crowd fired up and maybe place a subliminal message than arrogance, though. I guess you could say that if her campaign didn't think she could be the next president, why would she be running?

Hilary has no chance of winning the nomination, so to say that sort of thing now shows that her campiang is a bit out of touch.

There is a method to her madness.

Buy saying what she says and having her minions say what they say, she keeps her base fired up and more importantly, resentful of the Obama campaign.
