Yeah Clone don't let facts get in the way of your opinion. You don't have to agree with the facts I guess and you can view the decision however you want.

Segregation was not illegal at the time, but was ruled unconstititonal by the SC, it isn't that rare that we make laws which violate the constitution, it's actually the reason we have a supreme court.
