Dont you remember "HillaryCare" that was HER plan. They said themselves it was a "co-Presidency". She wrote policy, attended cabinet meetings, etc, etc, etc. It was nowhere near comparable to the Bushs or the Reagans.

Not even Elenor Rooseveldt immersed herself to the degree of Hillary. Actually you would have to go back to the Wilson Administration when he was incompacitated has a wife played such a critical role in the policy making of a Presidsent.
