People are always talking about who the worst presidents were/are so I thought I would start this thread.

In your opinion who is the worst Democrat president of all time and why? Who is the worst Republican President of all time and why?

Please try and keep it short and answer both questions.

I'll start:

Democrat- Carter, Iran hostage crise and 1979 energy crisis just to name a few
Republican - George W. Bush, handling of the Iraq war and his immigration policies

I really just looked at the past century or so.

I don't know bad Democratic Presidents. I suppose I am mad at Carter for supporting Taliban and I am mad at Clinton for promoting free trade.
