    I'm not arguing that it wasn't at all. Yes i wasn't alive for much of the 70's and the time i was I obviously don't remember However, I have studied that period of time and from what I read and the people I talked too, you are 100% correct.

    Think about this for a bit. Double digit inflation, interest rates and unemployment. Heck most economists didnt think THAT was even possible!

    Well, I suppose. And trying picking from the worst Federalist: Adams or Washington. I just had to try and broaden the the Republican v. Democrat mindset as I like to do.

    Unemployment rates where far higher during Reagan's terms than Carter's. As my dad always said, I'd rather be working and, at least, try to pay for high priced goods, as opposed to not being able to pay for them at all.

    Because of Regans trickle-down economics, Clinton reaped the benifits and looked like a hero.
