Is Fox News really right wing? Is that a serious question?

Tell me specifically how they are any more biased than other news outlets. Give me examples of specific news stories or events. I agree they lean to the right but you can't tell me that other news outlets aren't biased as well. Every news story is reposted on by people and people are biased. You can't leave you opinions at the door on every story no matter who you are.

If it wasn't a serious question I wouldn't have asked it.

Whomever approved this torture, be they Dem or Repub should themselves be subjected to it.

This torture was done strictly to link OBL to Iraq. It was all about further justification to invade a sovereign country. It is absolute Bush/Cheney bullshit to say that it stopped an attack on LAX.

Thank God that those criminals are out of office and I hope the Justice Dept goes full bore to prosecute those that approved it.
Washed up....to answer your question yes I do read both left and right leaning websites.

Wow the conspiracy theory is going into overdrive here man. You honestly believe that Bush/Cheney made all this up, pulled the wool over most Americans and not to mention congress just to invade Iraq? Wow most people like you always say how Dumb Bush/Cheney were but that seems like it would take a pretty smart person to do such a thing.

Let's say that these techniques did save American lives. How would you have gone about getting the information from these terrorists? What city would you have sacrificed to stand there on your moral ground?

Actually i don't think it is moral ground with you at all. You hate everything Bush/Cheney/GOP that you will go against what ever they did. I would be willing to bet if Omaba or Clinton did this you would say they were protecting Americans.

Now in regards to the Prosecution of these so called criminals. Do you honestly believe this only started with the Bush administration? I surely hope not. How far back to you want to go and prosecute these criminals...10 years, 15, 30?

Whether it is right biased or right-wing is semantics, but it doesn't appear to be of high quality. Can someone tell me what this sentence says:
Republicans have criticized President Obama for opening the door prosecuting Justice Department lawyers who drafted the so-called "torture memos," which authorized harsh interrogation methods, including waterboarding.

Have they started prosecuting justice department lawyers?
That is what it appears to say, though I think there is some punctuation missing.
I thought this was just under consideration and I assume that it would fade away.

I don't think so, not unless you can name for me a news outlet that is PERFECTLY neutral. I maintain that they all lean either to the right or to the left.

It says that the door to prosecution has been opened/there is a chance that they will be prosecuted. Had Obama said that they would not prosecute then it would be a closed door. I do not find it misleading really. The fact is that the Obama administration is considering it.

No they have not begun any formal legal preceding, and I do not believe that any will take place, if they do it will be of low level people who will get minimal sentences. I think that this will all blow over quickly. It's just a way for Obama to score some quick points with his base. All presidents do/did it.
