Many of their traditions are just outright ridiculous. Women working out in the gym with heads covered and with long skirts. Silly clothes and weird demeanor are just a bunch of crap if you ask me. This goes for both Mislims and Jews.

No one is asking you to do these things. If they are meaningful to some people, what's the harm and what do you care?
Don't forget, wrestling is seen by many as an excessively violent and senseless pursuit.
Big, my question is: Who are you to judge what is ridiculous? There might be a number of Jews and Muslims who believe posting tens of thousands of times on a wrestling forum is "crap". It's good course not to condemn what one doesn't understand.
