Please, please know what you are talking about before you post something. It is too early to truly rank where Bush stands among the presidents whether he is at the top, middle, or bottom.

Have you ever heard of something called Historyography (pardon my spelling). It is basically the study of how history changes over time. An example would be General MacArthur. He was held as a Great man after World War 2 but now History shows that he was terrible.

Now with presidents it is even more so because it takes time for their papers to be released to the public. In other word it takes more time to determine really where they land in the grand scope of things.

When it comes to naming the worst presidents of all time please don't forget Carter!!!

If W. Bush does not go down in history as one of the worst presidents ever I will eat Rosanne Bar's panties. He is obviously one of the worst and 100 years from now he will still be one of the worst.

Hey G.W. Bush could very well go down as one of the worst presidents in History. Hell I am a Republican and I don't agree with him half the time.

All I am saying is that it is way to early to tell. He could end up winning the war in Iraq, establishing a thriving democracy there and then it could spread to the surrounding countries. Now that being said I personally don't really know if that will happen. In fact I know it would be almost impossible. All I am saying is it is way to early to know where he will fit.

I also don't get the whole Reagan Ora. I don't think he did as much as the republicans say he did nor was he as bad as some Dem's paint him to be. He was the great communicator without a doubt and he had the ability to persuade people to his side. But I don't think he is in the top 5 best presidents ever and it ain't close.

I said it would be almost impossible and it would in my opinion and my studies of the region. That being said i have seen a lot happen in my life that at one point i thought was impossible. 50 years from now we will really know where he ranks.

Reagan is to Republicans like FDR is to Democrats. To me each represent the best of both parties. That is what is fun about these Forums is that people can debate and throw out their opinions. People can argue/debate back and forth. Another thing is that you can learn and it opens your mind to different points of view.
