CNN says Interior Ministry in Pakistan is now saying she was mortally wounded when she fell through the roof of the car and hit her head on the lever which fractured her skull. This happened when she heard the shots.

I surmise it's opposition political propaganda to quell the riots and minimize anti sentiment. Others are reporting she was shot in the neck, though it could have been shrapnel from the bomb. You may never get the real poop for 20 years since she is long in the ground and the opposition party control the flow of information.

Also, "apparently" means it is likely but not definite.

It is typical for religious fanatics to blame everything on atheism.

To tell you the truth Berean the word "atheist" by itself means nothing to me. I didn't even know it until I came to America. To me "atheist" means normal while "religious" means wacked out. Being an "atheist" means acknowledging religion at least which I don't.
