I have been watching the news on Russia over the past year and Putin is bringing back the good old days to Russia. You know the days when the government controlled the media and those media persons who spoke out against the ruler were mysteriously killed or imprisoned by some unknown person. The days when political opponents were treated the same way (kasperov). I think I am starting to see why Big loves this country so much, nobody has to think for themselves and if they do they don't have to for long because they are killed.

I do love the and appreciate the tactic of creating a public enemy (America) to diverge attention from the governments wrong doing and create a sense of nationalism with the use of double speak and nonsensical accusations.

So here is to Time Magazines Man of the Year. Here in America we could only hope that Bush will have Katie Couric killed and John McCain imprisoned announcing that he will retain the presidency forever because it is what is best and we will believe it or else..

In America you have a cabal of people changing their turns but basically doing the same thing that Russia does. Giuliani, Romney and McCain come from the same company just like Hilary, Obama and Edwards. Just look at who pays their bills.
So people disappeared ok. America supported Hussein and Bin Laden, both of whom brought misery and death to the world with US help.
So you are fine with no room for original thought or opposing beliefs and those of the opposition being killed.
You have freedom of thought in America. So what? People use it to discuss gays, religion and abortion. I can live without that kind of discussion sure.
The people that get killed are those that get supported by England and other Western countries to go out of their way to trash Russia. Good discussion is never punished.
Wrong Big read the news that Putin doesn't control. Supporters of Kasparov's candidacy were imprisoned and taken from the voting polls. A female reporter who spoke out against him was killed and the government is trying to say America killed her to cause trouble for Putin. Another political satirist was arrested on made up financial charges the day after he criticized Putin. How can you defend that.
Kasparov gets financial support from abroad. He is a traitor. Russia can't have real Democracy because too many countries want a piece of the pie and ready to influence candidates.
