Default Ground & Pound, I went to the DMV this week

...to get new tags for my license plate. Walked in at 0815. There were approximately 8-10 people waiting already. Walked out at about 0823, new tags in hand.

I was at the DMV a month ago returning my old license plates. It only took 10 minutes with the line and waiting for the right window to come up on the screen.

Maybe they do thing better in Colorado?

I once recieved my notification form that needed to be taken into the office so that I could renew my license.

The only problem was the form was misfed through the printer and some of the info was all blurred out.

It blew their minds.

After waiting in line after line, they told me I had to apply for a new form as if the blurry one was lost or never received.

After a thrity some dollar fee submitted by check (because they don't take cash), I got my replacement form about 60 days later.

- I still don't get why a government agency won't accept US currency as payment. In some cases they will only accept cashiers checks.
