Supposedly the lawyers that are prosecuting Blackwater for Sep 16th shooting claim Blackwater guards were regular steroid users and Blackwater turned a blind eye on them.

The lawyers claim they have inside info which they will produce at trial.

There is no prosecution. It's a civil suit.

As for the alleged inside information, no, they can't play hide the ball and wait to spring it at the trial.
