Default Ron Paul's Restore America Plan

msnbc video: Paul: Government ?created the monster?

The host on MSNBC attacks him on every plank of his plan but RP does an incredible job sticking to the fundamentals of the Constitution & sanity & counters very well.

Texas Rep. Ron Paul and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney also are favorites among Iowans willing to crack open their checkbooks. They have given Paul more than $77,000 in itemized contributions, compared with just more than $67,000 for Romney.

UPDATED: Herman Cain may be the flavor-of-the-month in the 2012 Republican presidential nomination race, but Texas Rep. Ron Paul is the one candidate who consistently polls in double-digits in Iowa, has received more itemized individual contributions from Iowans than any other candidate in the field, and has more endorsements from the state?s GOP central committee than any other candidate in the race, according to none other than Gov. Terry Branstad.

He's got my primary vote. But he will not win the nomination. The media deemed Romney long ago. And so it shall be done.

I'm not giving up, just realistic. Paul does very well whenever he gets the chance to speak at the debates, so they simply don't let him speak. His supporters are great and he probably appeals to more of the population than people even know. So what does the media do? They call him a loon. What I find interesting is that people on the right and people on the left both call him crazy. That should be an endorsement in itself.

Realistic? Sounds pessimistic. "Realistic" actually is just a way of looking at the current scene & seeing what you do to move it from that to the IDEAL scene. If you aren't doing that, you are pessimistic b/c you are not doing anything about it.

I agree with pessimistic, just not giving up. I tell anyone I know about him and post on here about him. I would love for everyone to vote for him. But I am pessimistic about his chances. Most of America will vote for whoever the union bosses and media tells them to vote for. That is realistic.

Can Paul even get televised anymore ? that alone should win him the nomination. If TV won't show your face then you must stand for something new and different .
You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.

I didnt think Paul was being attacked the reporter was doing a good job of asking tough questions and I appreciate that. I like Ron Paul a lot and I will also give him my primary vote, my hope is that he can stay in the race until everyone in the nation starts paying attention and then he will get a bump in the polls. HE would be great for this nation as president. Although I think that we would see both parties block or shelve a lot of his policies as president because they enjoy having the money to spend.
