    Default It's a bird-no-it's a Shadow Hawk !!

The hacker group AntiSec has released a 1GB cache of stolen documents from two organizations with ties to U.S. law-enforcement agencies. Vanguard Defense Industries manufactures an unmanned aerial system called ShadowHawk for law enforcement and security in the private sector, while InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI, businesses, academic institutions, and law-enforcement agencies.

The e-mails posted by hacktivists on Friday reportedly belong to Vanguard Senior Vice President Richard Garcia, who AntiSec said previously worked for the FBI and Shell Oil, according to the group's Pastebin posting. "Richard T. Garcia is also an executive board member of InfraGard, a sinister alliance of law enforcement, military and private security contractors dedicated to protecting the infrastructure of the very systems we aim to destroy," AntiSec wrote. "It is our pleasure to make a mockery of InfraGard for the third time, once again dumping their internal meeting notes, membership rosters, and other private business matters."
A Shadow Hawk is a drone used by the military and now by local police-the first version carries a stunning capacity (an aerial stun gun) and can cruise at 50 mph for 3 1/2 hours. The Shadow Hawk can also carry a .12 guage or a rocket/grenade launcher.Originally designed for surveillance only -did NOT take long to mount weapons on this and use it in Afghanistan and now your neighborhood..
    I wish this were untrue.

We could use a few of these to patrol the streets of Oakland. Two incidents just this week - a guy was shot in the head and killed while trying to give money to a panhandler, and a 3-year old boy was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting. Would have been nice to have the Shadow Hawk unload on the perps.

I hope you aren't serious. While the instances you provided are horrible, the gov't would not stop there. Don't like Tea Party? Shadow Hawk to the rescue. Don't like union protests? Shadow Hawk to the rescue. And on and on and on...... I just don't trust gov't enough to think they would use this only for the good. That isn't a conspiracy theory, it is just an observation by noticing that pretty much everything the gov't touches, it ruins. And it doesn't matter which party is doing it.

Some communities, towns, and cities are never going to turn things around, regardless of whether we elect a socialist, fascist, or libertarian government. I'm conflicted on the solution, but the solution for eliminating gang-bangers is not raising the minimum wage by $1.00, or adding another barista station at Starbucks - the solution is either incarcerating them forever or shooting them where they stand.

I do agree with that. I think the solutions for community problems should come from the community and not the federal government. I believe people living in the communities they care about can handle situations better than people who never even stop by to visit. That is why local voting is so important. Get the right sheriffs elected, the right city counsel and so on. I firmly believe that it starts at home. I also firmly believe that not one single person in congress or the white house would have any idea who I am if I were to walk up and say hi. So why should they be telling me how my community should be ran?

My gosh! The things I am learning are stunning. Posse Commetaeus was perfect until 2006. People think that it will only be used for good, but that's ridiculous. That is why it was put there in the first place! Here is my favorite part of reversing it. From wikipedia:

The President may employ the armed forces... to... restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition

Incident or other condition? Serious public health emergency? Who determines a serious public health emergency? What is an incident or other condition? This crap is stupid. Not to get all religious on people, but things like this are why I am so happy to be saved. I really think it's so far out of hand that it can't be reversed.

I know VERY few laws as poorly worded as ''incident,or other condition''-Voltaire always said DEFINE YOUR TERMS . He would have croaked reading this..
