    Senate set to approve $150 billion for wars
    Democrats on track to OK further funding despite Iraq policy divide

    The majority carries the vote doesn't it.

    Even if ALL the Dems voted against it, it would be vetoed and they don't have the 2/3rds majority needed to override Bush's veto.

    If all of those demoncrats voted agin it, there wouldn't be a need for a veto.

    I don't know the answer. Maybe. If it doesn't pass, there's nothing to veto.

    But didn't Bush veto it last year when they tried to tie in a date for getting the troops out?
