If it has speed dial, the phone sex lines will be very busy.

I don't know. With my attention span, I would get started on a call to a sex line and wind up ordering pizza.

Jesse Ventura did an episode for TRU TV where he wanted to get onto the HAARP base-they were ready to shoot him !! This is just further research into a Manchurian candidate scenario -the brain reacts in such and such a manner when exposed to low level ELF beams . The scientists concluded that if an ELF can affect the brain why not vice versa ?
I thought most of this stuff was still at implant stages -where they implant a device to boost a signal from part of the person's brain .

Would this be any more useful to these people than voice recognition dialing which is already widely available?
