Why I am glad you are not in charge with anything important is because you reject reason and science and believe in mythology of the virgin birth and Adam and Eve and Jonah instead of excepting the laws of Nature and Nature's God.

Fine your condradiction still stands. Because believe it or not there are many Dr's, Lawyers, Presidents, and other people who believe the same thing I do that are in charge of very important things. Should they be fired for such a belief and suspesion of rational?

If they truly believe as you do yes they should be fired. I expect my Lawyer, my DR, and expecially the president to put science above all else because there is no TRUTH whatsoever outsided of science. I don't need people who live in a life of fiction doing those things for me.

So people should be segregated from certain positions in society based on their religious belief, in your opinion?

No I could care less about a persons religious belief, as long as they accept reason and scientific evidence over rules all religious faith in matters of real world interaction. If they cannot acknowledge that, they do not belong in certain positions.

So you get to dictate what religious beliefs are tolerable and are not tolerable and based on your beliefs those people should be segregated. That is what you are saying. You do care about a persons religious beliefs.

You seem to think that just because people and the vast majority of religious people suspend their rational to certain degree, should be limited to doing certain menial jobs. In your mind 80% of all Christians are irrational, because according to you God exists but does not have form or function yet 80% of all Christians believe that the Bible is the word of God. You have got to think that is irrational. I would also say if you did a world wide poll of Christians asking how many believe in the resurrection of Christ at least 80% would say they do, that according to you is irrational. here is a good article for you that only polls Americans.

No actually since 80 % of Christian believe as I do that many many many of the stories, such as the virgin birth and Adam and Eve are complete fables and just teach moral lessons, I would have no problem with them. In fact, I could care less about someone with you very backward beliefs in the literal intepretation of such although it violate all Laws of Nature and Nature's God, which noone has ever seen violated, as long as monday through Saturday they live their lifes as if Nature's Laws have never been and never can be violates. And about 99 percent of them do. The other 1% who cannot come down to the real world on a daily basis really have little influence in the world anyway.

I am not terribly surprised that someone who lives in a fictional fantasy world as you do inserts their beliefs into these polls. These polls do not contradict me in the least, they are not talking about the particular myths/fables from the Bible. As I already pointed out, I would show up on that post as someone who believes that Jesus was the son of God, as I am and you are and every human being is. Show me a poll about how many people believe there was an actual Adam and Eve and creation occured in six days. You would be weeping in your cereal.
