Since its officially 11/4 (here in the East anyway) I figured I'd fire up a thread to try and centralize things for all the craziness of tomorrow.

Obama appears to have already ensured victory via the Redskins corollary

Don't forget your free ice cream after you vote. ccbig had a thread about how ben and jerrys has free ice cream if you come in with your i voted sticker. I know the fat kid in me is itching for free ice cream.

I'm 1/2 mile from my polling place. Nice little walk to and from to vote. Registering in Minnesota was pretty easy ... just as easy as NOT voting for Al Franken.

Well I walked the 1/2 a block to my polling place this morning at 7 a.m., voted then walked home and left for work. I did not get an "I Voted" sticker...

Either way PA is a huge swing state so we have been bombarded by political ads everywhere we turn. I will be glad when this election is over.

My vote in Maryland really doesn't count for much in the Presidential race since the state nearly always goes democratic, whether that is who I support or not. But the local elections for school board and ballot issues are important to vote on.

I waited an 1/2 hour once the polls opened at 6:30am. I arrived at 6:20am. My wife voted around 9:00am and had no wait.

Anyone like to share their times they waited in line to vote?

Polls opened here in Minnesota at 7am.

My wife and I joined the line shortly after 7am.

We waited about a hour to vote.

I have a feeling the lines are going to get very long after the work day is over and all the last minute voters come.

No wait at all here but one of the workers said they were inundated in the early am.

What will happen in areas where people don't get into vote in time before the polls close, even while they are waiting in line?
