My other post addressed that.

We each have sources with different stats, perhaps its how homeless is defined. Groups that seek federal funding, of course, have incentive to embellish the problem.

This was in response to most of them having substance or mental problems

It appears you don't need much, if any, verification in order to register to vote. That's frightening. Just put some information, true or not, on a card and you're registered.

What ACORN appears to be doing is packing thousands of new "voters" in the battleground states. Since ID is not required to vote in many states, Anyone can walk into a booth and vote under one of the new registered voter names.

I'm afraid he's not the only one... He's just the only one to admit to it. My guess is there are hundreds of other who have registered multiple times.

I'm also convinced of it. I see them every day bothering everyone in Philadelphia - and the city already has more registered voters than eligible citizens. What's the need to register more voters when everyone and then some is already registered!

From the Cleveland Plain Dealer published saturday morning, written by Dave Guillen:

"(Cuyahoga County election) Board chairman Jeff Hastings, a Republican, said he is not alarmed. "It isn't an issue of voting twice" he said. Board member Inajo Davis Chappell, a Democrat, said she is proud that the staff caught the problem. She said it proves the board's checks on registration work. The board has subpoenaed four people to appear at a Monday meeting. The names of the four appeared numerous times on ACORN forms......".
