It just seems like a big publicity stunt to me. Sarah Palin says we never lost our honor which makes me wonder why the rally was needed in the first place.

I'm just glad I wasn't taking the train into the city that day. Tea party people lack common subway courtesy. (and does anyone else find it ironic that so many people will government funded public transportation to government funded space to protest the government funding stuff?)

It was not a protest. I watched it on CSPAN. Not one mention of Obama except for in the opening prayer; the preacher said to give guidance to the President and to Congress. Not a single boo or jeer.

Maybe protest is too strong a word since it carries a negative connotation, but it was a rally for an opposing point of view.
