Let me know how you think this is me thinking the bible lies.
I read all ov them and nowhere did I see it say that "ALL" men are saved means anything other than what it says, "ALL" are indeed saved. If you do not believe this you are saying the Bible lied. Did you read the scripture I posted? How do you explain that other than to say the scripture lied. It clearly says all, not just some.

The scripture that you posted said he was the Saviour of all men, not all men are saved. This is kind of like a lifeguard. He is their to be the saviour of all who are drowning, but he can only save the ones who reach out to him.

2 Thessalonians 1:8-10- He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed.

That sounds to me like you must accept him as your Saviour or you will be shut out of Heaven. What does it mean to you?

It says he is the saviour of ALL men, AND especially those who believe. That clearly says all are saved that means every single person and especially those who believe. If it had been meant to be exclusive they would have used exclusive language like he is saviour of all men but ONLY those who believe. That is not what it says, it says ALL are saved. You are parsing words to make it mean what you want it to mean because you want to go to an exclusive little coffee house in the sky and think you are better than all those who do not get in. Sorry but all will be in the same place after our earthly demise, I know it for an absolute fact.

I am not the one who changed what it said. It says Saviour of all men, NOT ALL MEN ARE SAVED. And you avoided my question about the scripture I posted.

You still seem to stubbornly refuse to answer the question about 2 Thessolonians 1:8-10.

Quinn no where have I ever said there will not be a period of punishment after death for those who deserve it. That is all that that quote is about.

I am now completely confused as to what you believe. If all are saved like you seem to believe, who will be punished after death?

And what does this scripture mean?

Acts 16:30-31- He then brought them out and asked, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved

Punishment after death will be reserved for those who have not been good people. Hurtfull, selfish, evil people will be punished. Jesus came to show a way to salvation here on Earth. Those who hear his words and live by them will find peace on Earth. It is by the way just one path to enlightenment. That scripture is talking to people about believing what Jesus taught. BTW, Jesus never NEVER taught about himself, he taught about how to live and love God, the one true God the God of Nature that is part of the real Universe.
