I hope you are not combining timmothy McVeigh and Sean Hannity as some kind of joke because if you are that is just wrong and pathetic. Then again i could be wrong and if so i apologize in advance

They are supposed to be the protectors, so they should be held to a higher standard. I am rather surprised you cannot see the connection here.

Sometimes I think politics trumps your common sense. But then again I am always aware that in politics winning trumps everything else.... even (often) basic humanity. It is why I do not vote or even care much about anything that doesn't directly effect me.... partisans are all the same..... it is about winning and power more than anything else.
I believe the cops were out of line and even if the guy did do something that wasn't captured on film they still went above and beyond. I also agree with Ugly in that the news usually will show only one side because it makes the news more interesting.

That being said the cops should be arested themselves most likely, but then i do not know the whole story but at the very least they should be fired.

I'll agree that only a small % of police officers act like this, but the vast vast vast majority of "good cops" sit back and let the "bad cops" act like this. Therefore, they all have innocent blood on their hands.
