I'm wrong about this - companies with over 50 employees have to provide health insurance or pay a fine of $2000 per worker per year. That also changes my assertion regarding the public plan.

We are clearly movnig toward a more socialists system, but to say that we are moving towards communism and that it is restricting personal freedom is hyperbole.
